Refund Policy

We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your merchandise will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:
• The product was received in the last 30 days.
• The product has the problems we describe below.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 1 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color change) or cancellation.

After 1 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified.

We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 3-5 days). Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.


Damaged/Incorrect/Low-quality Products

We guarantee to issue you a refund or a free replacement in the following situations:

  • the design was poorly printed;
  • you received a different size from what you ordered;
    • you received a different product from what you ordered;
    • products missing or damaged.
    Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. Please send us a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.

Order not delivered

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.).


You will receive your refund within 5 business days. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you.

You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number.
